Shed/gazebo etc. price + options + delivery + setup = Total price
Example: An 12x24 shed is $2600.00. If stain is wanted $225.00, (2) windows added $100.00, local delivery $300.00 and basic setup if we do it of $35.00 would look like this:
$2600.00 + $225.00 + $100.00 + $300.00 + $35.00 = $3260.00

No deposits needed on standard sheds or gazebos, but 20% deposits needed for cabins.
FAQ
How is the building put into place?
-We have a special shed trailer that allows us to back the trailer into the spot where the shed will be.
-If shed cannot be placed with truck and trailer, then we do have shed mules to place the buildings into the desired location. There may be an upcharge if the shed mules are needed.
Who is responsible for the site prep and having blocks for leveling?
- The customer is responsible for having the site ready for the building and having materials on hand for leveling.
Do I need a building permit?
- Check with your local municipality. If a permit is needed, you are responsible for obtaining it before delivery.
