Please Note

Customer is responsible for making sure the building can physically be moved to desired location.  The customer needs to have any plants, fences, etc. out of the way before our arrival so the truck and trailer can get through.  If we are unable to get through, the customer is still responsible for the custom building.

If we arrive at your property and determine it is too wet or soft, and you still insist we try to place the building, we will not be responsible for property damage.  If we get stuck, you, the buyer, are then also expected to pay for our tow bill to get us out.  Waiting for a dryer day is best all around.
